How does Auwii Acid Evaporator battle Result in Korean Food lab ？

3.  Test Purpose : To evaporate acid from a sample treated with MDS in order to reduce the nitric acid concentration of the final diluted sample to less than 10%.

1) Recovery Test for Cd

* Certified Value: 1.6 ppm [Cd]

* Sample: Rice flour(Certified Reference Material)

 2) Analysis Progress

- Target Sample Volume : 18~20 ㎖ of MDS Digested sample was evaporated to less than 1 ㎖.

- Setting Temp. : 180℃

- Time : Reach to set value : 40~60 min

           Evaporation : 60 min

           Total Time : 2 hrs

à Notes : Microwave Digested samples amount of 8 ~ 9 ml and additional DI Water amount for washing the outer wall of the MDS vessel combined became C. 18 to 20 ml of total evaporation fluid.

à Evaluation : The temperature controller is attached to the main body of the machine, making it easy to use.

Additional Comment : The recovery acceptable range is 95 to 110 %.  Most of them are within the acceptable range and are satisfactory.
